Data controller
Wideable processes personal data as data controller within the meaning of the GDPR. Contact: hello@wideable.com
Purposes of processing
- Account creation and management (name, email address, password hash)
- Sending transactional emails (account verification, password reset)
- Billing and subscription management
- Security and abuse prevention
Retention
Account data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship, then deleted within 30 days of account closure. Billing records are kept for 10 years as required by law.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or port your data, and to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, write to hello@wideable.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority (CNIL in France: cnil.fr).
